Deacon’s Board
We, the Board of Deacons, are committed to the study of God’s word and assistance to our pastor, Bishop Carlis L. Moody Sr. Whether it’s teaching the gospel, ministering to the sick and shut in, or helping our pastor, we are available to serve in any way possible. Deacon's Anniversary Service April 20, 2008
Church Security
The Church Security department ensures the safety both inside and outside church grounds during each church function. This provides preventive measures against incident.
Men’s Fellowship
Men’s Fellowship seeks to meet the specific needs of men in the church. They provide encouragement and strength through prayer, men’s meetings, father and son outings, sport tournaments, and other special events. Annual Men's Retreat August 22-24, 2008
Minister’s Council
The Minister’s Council is designed to assist our pastor, Bishop Moody, with the ministerial duties of the church. Specifically, their focus is to train local ministers as to their manner of ministry and fellowship. Minister’s Council members each have a group of male members to support in prayer, follow-up and counsel.
Minister’s Wives Council
The Minister’s Wives Council is designed to assist our pastor’s wife, Mother Mary Moody, with the ministerial duties of the female church body. Specifically, they teach and learn patience, endurance, forbearance, mercy, and understanding, with a heart full of love. Minister’s Wives Council members each have a group of female members to support in prayer, follow-up and counsel.
Mission’s Department
The purpose of the Mission’s Department is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is our vision to meet the socio-economic and spiritual needs of our local community, the nation, and the world. We have been commission by God to tell the world that Jesus died on the cross for all of our sins; on the third day he rose again; and sent his Comforter, the Holy Spirit to dwell with us until His return. Mother’s Board
“The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becomes holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.” Titus 2:3-5

Nurse’s Unit
The Nurse’s Unit is a certified group of health care providers who maintain a safe environment with health resources and first aid during all church functions. Nurses Anniversary September 28, 2008
Prayer & Bible Band
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” II Timothy 2:15
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” Ephesians 6:18
The Prayer and Bible Band circle was established to help our members increase their spiritual knowledge of and strength in the ways of Christ.
Trustee’s Board
The Trustee’s Board holds, purchases and sells property for the church for the use of Faith Temple Church and its members. They maintain the church grounds, church edifice and other buildings belonging to Faith Temple Church.
Usher Board
The Usher Board functions as silent evangelist. They set the tone for an experience at Faith Temple Church. Their welcoming attitude prepares the heart to receive from the Lord. Ushers Anniversary September 28, 2008
Women’s Christian Council
Women’s Christian Council is committed to meeting the diverse needs of women in the church. We provide monthly meetings, where together, we seek the face of God through the study of His Word.
Our body of women have varying, dynamic personalities. We welcome them all! We understand that each woman has been uniquely crafted to fulfill a special call in God’s ministry. Annual Women's Outing October 4, 2008
