Faith Temple’s 2011 Theme & Scriptures
Theme: “Opening Heaven in 2011”
Malachi 3:9-11
“Yea are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not
open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive
it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground;
neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.”
MONTHLY SCRIPTURES
January:
Deuteronomy 11:18-21
"Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand,
that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when
thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And
thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates.] That your days may be multiplied,
and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of
heaven upon the earth."
February: Luke 11:2
"And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth."
March:
Ephesians 2:5-6
"Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised
us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"
April:
Genesis 7:11
"In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were
all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened."
May:
Deuteronomy 7:11-15
"Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to
do them. Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD
thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers: And he will love thee, and
bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and
thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy
fathers to give thee. Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you,
or among your cattle. And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of
Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee."
June:
Mathew 10:32
"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven."
Luke 10:20
"Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names
are written in heaven."
July:
Mathew 5:3, 8, 12, 20
"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall
see God. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets
which were before you. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the
scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven."
August Revelations 22:1-2
"And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the
Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare
twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves."
September:
Isaiah 65:17
"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into
mind."
October:
2 Peter 3:10-13
"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great
noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned
up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy
conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens
being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his
promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness."
November:
Isaiah 65:17-19
"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But
be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people
a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in
her, nor the voice of crying."
December:
2 Corinthians 5:1-9
"For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not
made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house
which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle
do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed
up of life. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of
the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from
the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the
body, and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of
him."
